Local Employment
The Company recognizes the importance of local community and economic development as one of its core missions. It manages risks to mitigate the impact of supply chain disruptions while also creating opportunities for employment and promoting economic growth in areas where it operates. In 2025, the Company expanded its projects across Bangkok, its vicinity, and 30 provinces in total, leading to the employment of 1,275 local residents in their home provinces, representing 53.21% of all employees. Additionally, the Company procures (reserve) goods from domestic stores to support local products and ensure sufficient supply for operations.

Community Employment Support Project
The Company undertook the Supalai Sense Khao Rang Phuket project, located near communities, schools, and important landmarks. A survey and assessment of communities and society potentially affected by the Company's operations were conducted, covering periods before, during, and after construction, to systematically gather feedback, concerns, and suggestions from local communities. The survey results were used to plan, improve, and define measures to prevent and mitigate potential impacts. The surrounding communities prioritized traffic, employment, and the quality of life of nearby communities. The operations reflect the Company's commitment to responsible project development, respecting community rights, and promoting sustainable coexistence. Opinion surveys and discussion meetings were conducted as follows:

The company is committed to creating opportunities for persons with disabilities through job creation and career development to move towards an equal and sustainable future, enabling persons with disabilities to have employment, income, support themselves and their families, gain self-esteem, and fully participate in society. It promotes the potential and supports the employment of persons with disabilities through employment policies that encourage actions to address diversity, equality, or discrimination based on disability, under the belief that "human potential is limitless regardless of physical ability."
