Environmental quality measurement in the Head Office
The Company has installed EV chargers to support the use of electric vehicles and has already converted 4 of its central fleet vehicles to electric vehicles, accounting for 36% of the total central fleet. In 2025, the Company plans to add 3 more electric vehicles, bringing the total to 7 vehicles, or 60% of the central fleet. In addition, the Company encourages employees using fuel-powered central fleet vehicles to switch to E20 fuel to reduce environmental impact.

The Company has installed a central HEPA Fresh Air filtration system in the building to filter PM2.5 dust and disinfect with a UV system before the air enters the building’s Fresh Air system. This helps reduce dust and pathogens that could affect the respiratory health of occupants. In addition, the Company has planned regular maintenance to ensure the air filtration system operates effectively, including:
- Cleaning the Pre-Filter every month
- Cleaning the HEPA Filter every 3 months
- Measuring airflow before and after cleaning to assess system performance
- Cleaning the Fresh Air coil panels every 6 months
