Water and Wastewater Management Project of the Headquarters

  • Promote turning-off faucets when not in use and encourage monitoring after office hours in the office building.
  • Maintenance of the water supply system by sending a team to regularly inspect and maintain the machinery to ensure readiness every 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years.
  • Replacing manual faucets with sensor-operated faucets to help reduce unnecessary water usage and increase convenience, which can save up to 90,000 THB per year in water costs.
  • Reusing condensed water from the main air-conditioning system (Chiller Plant) within the building for small-scale air-conditioning systems and for watering plants around the project. This allows the cooling system water to be reused twice without additional water costs, saving approximately 1,800,000 liters of water per year and reducing water supply expenses by up to 30,600 THB per year.
