Key measures implemented include:

1. Proper use of electricity on construction sites in accordance with regulations and permits Supalai strictly uses electricity on construction sites in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority and the Provincial Electricity Authority. Proper permits and electricity usage contracts are obtained to ensure safe energy use, prevent impacts on the community’s electrical system, and reduce risks of fire hazards or electricity-related accidents.
2. Installation of standard-certified electrical equipment with energy-efficient control systems Supalai selects electrical equipment certified by standards, such as TISI (Thai Industrial Standards) or international standards, and installs energy control systems, including timers and motion sensors for lighting and electrical devices, to prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
3. Assignment of qualified personnel to supervise electrical operations appropriately Supalai assigns trained and qualified personnel or electricians, certified according to safety standards, to oversee electrical systems on construction sites. Their responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting potential issues to ensure maximum energy efficiency and reduce risks from improper usage.
4. The use of renewable energy, such as solar power, for lighting or ventilation systems in the project sales offices. Supalai utilizes solar energy to generate electricity through solar panel systems for lighting and ventilation in project sales offices. This reduces reliance on fossil fuels, lowers costs, and supports the Company’s goal of increasing the share of renewable energy. These measures enable Supalai’s high-rise projects to use energy safely and efficiently while sustainably minimizing environmental impacts.
