Continuously obtaining certification for reporting standards and greenhouse gas emission reduction, ISO 14064-1:2018 and TGO
Supalai has set environmental management goals, requiring all relevant departments to quantitatively measure greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The Company has obtained ISO 14064-1:2018 certification, an international standard for the verification of GHG measurement and reporting at the organizational level, from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO for the year 2024. Advanced Energy Plus Co., Ltd. (AEP) served as the consultant for preparing the GHG emission report, and Bureau Veritas (Thailand) Ltd. acted as the verifier.The calculation period was set from January 1 to December 31, 2024, covering GHG emissions within the Company’s scope, including the Supalai Grand Tower headquarters, as well as 220 residential and condominium projects nationwide.
- Scope 1 (Direct Emissions): 1,167 tons of CO2 equivalent
- Scope 2 (Indirect Emissions – Energy): 10,925 tons of CO2 equivalent
- Scope 3 (Indirect Value Chain Emissions): 83,797 tons of CO2 equivalent
The total GHG emissions across all three scopes amounted to 95,889 tons of CO2 equivalent. This data serves as a key basis for monitoring progress and implementing measures to reduce GHG emissions in order to achieve the Company’s set targets.
