Solar Roof Solar Roof Project for Sales Offices, Construction Offices, Central Clubhouses, and Show Homes
The Solar Roof project for sales offices, construction offices, central clubhouses, and show homes is one of the clean energy initiatives continuously implemented by The Company to increase the use of renewable energy and reduce reliance on grid electricity. The project involves installing solar panels on the rooftops of buildings with continuous electricity usage, such as sales offices and project offices, as well as central areas like clubhouses and show homes. This generates electricity for daytime use, reduces electricity costs, and decreases greenhouse gas emissions from electricity consumption (Scope 2 Emissions).
In 2024, The Company installed solar panels on the rooftop and parking building of Supalai Grand Tower to increase the use of clean energy as a substitute for electricity. The energy generated is used for electrical systems and equipment in the building’s common areas, with an expected total clean energy production of over 330,397 kWh per year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 197.78 tons per year, and saving 101,092 THB in electricity costs annually.
