Projects to Promote Children's Rights

- Organized the “Breastfeeding Support Program” to encourage employees who are new mothers to breastfeed their babies. The program provides information on the benefits of breastfeeding and designates a section of the Company’s infirmary as the “Bond of Love Corner,” where mothers can express and store breast milk. A dedicated refrigerator is also provided for safe milk storage.
- Established a children’s book corner (for employees’ children) within the Company library, featuring 223 books to promote children’s development in various aspects and to help ease the burden on employee parents by providing a space for their children to spend time after school while waiting for their parents to finish work.
