Employee Engagement Survey

The company conducts an annual Employee Engagement Survey to strengthen engagement and gain valuable insights into employees’ feedback and needs. The survey results are utilized to refine corporate policies and guide organizational development in alignment with employee expectations. The process involves:

  • Integrating employee feedback to enhance and shape corporate policies. The Human Resources department acts as a mediator, presenting key recommendations to management to ensure that policies reflect the survey findings.
  • Applying insights at the departmental level to design and improve development initiatives, ensuring that programs address employee needs and provide holistic support down to the individual level.
  • Fostering a culture of open communication through HR channels, emphasizing that “every opinion matters”, a principle that drives mutual growth between employees and the organization, as demonstrated by the continuous improvement in engagement scores over the past four years.

All activities are aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement within the organization, increasing happiness, reducing turnover, and improving work efficiency in alignment with the company’s objectives.

In addition, the company communicates the results of the Employee Engagement Survey to guide improvements and development, sharing the findings during the annual New Year event and the annual results and planning meetings.
