15 October 2026

Supalai Public Company Limited conducted an Information Technology Business Continuity Plan Drill for 2026 on March 20, 2026. The session was led by Ms. Parida Kornsawan, an expert in Information Security Management Systems from Albatross Cybersec Co., Ltd., who facilitated the drill and shared her expertise with participants.

This activity was organized with the primary objective of evaluating the readiness and effectiveness of the organization’s Business Continuity Plan, assessing whether it could be effectively implemented to respond to real information technology emergency situations. The drill also tested incident response procedures, communication processes, and decision-making among relevant personnel, while reviewing the roles and responsibilities of those involved at each stage to ensure they remained appropriate and aligned with current circumstances. In addition, the exercise aimed to build understanding and proficiency among relevant staff, enabling them to perform their duties correctly, reduce confusion, and enhance coordination efficiency in the event of an actual incident. The drill further verified the readiness of backup systems and recovery processes, ensuring the organization’s ability to maintain business continuity even in crisis situations.

This drill forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to information security standards. By simulating real-world scenarios and conducting hands-on practice, all personnel involved gained a clearer understanding of their respective roles, enabling them to respond to unforeseen incidents quickly and systematically. This exercise represents an important step in safeguarding the organization’s information technology systems and sustaining long-term business continuity.
