Rainwater Management within the Project (Zero Discharge)
21 November 2025
In 2024, the project’s detention and infiltration system operated at full efficiency, capable of retaining all rainfall within the site without any overflow under normal rainfall conditions. The quality of water before it infiltrates the soil met standard requirements, helping to reduce contamination and maintain the balance of the aquatic ecosystem.
In addition, the stored rainwater is reused for irrigating green spaces within the project, significantly reducing the use of tap water for landscape maintenance. Throughout the year, no complaints were reported from the community or residents regarding waterlogging, demonstrating the success of an effective and environmentally friendly rainwater management system.
