Environmental quality measurement in construction projects
In 2024, there are seven high-rise building projects under construction that undergo environmental quality monitoring. This includes daily measurements of noise levels, air quality, and vibrations during the piling and foundation works, as well as monthly water quality testing. Once the building structure begins, monitoring is conducted monthly to assess and control potential impacts from project activities.

Implement dust control measures by installing Mesh Sheets around the building during construction, erecting a 6-meter-high perimeter fence, and using temporary water sprays along the fence to prevent noise and dust from the construction site from spreading to the surrounding areas.

Conduct daily cleaning within the construction site to reduce dust.

Clean vehicle wheels to prevent soil and debris from being carried onto public roads, and cover the truck beds with tarpaulins for all vehicles entering and exiting the project site to prevent dust.
