Low-Rise Projects - Solar Rooftop Installation

In 2024, The Company implemented solar rooftop systems in its low-rise projects, covering key areas such as sales offices, model homes, clubhouses, and common areas across a total of 60 projects. This initiative aims to utilize clean, renewable solar energy as an alternative to electricity from fossil fuels.

The implementation is expected to reduce electricity consumption from the grid by approximately 25% per year, which not only lowers the projects’ energy costs but also helps decrease indirect greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 2) and supports the Company’s goal of increasing the share of renewable energy.
