20 November 2025

Supalai is committed to developing buildings in accordance with the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green building standards, which are globally recognized standards for the design, construction, and management of environmentally friendly buildings. This takes into account the efficient use of energy and water, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, waste management, and the creation of an environment that supports the health of building occupants.

In 2024, Supalai developed the office building within the Supalai Icon Sathorn project in accordance with the international LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green building standards, aiming to enhance the building’s energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. The Company also focused on creating a healthy working environment for building occupants. The design and construction emphasized energy-efficient practices, including the installation of high-efficiency air conditioning systems and electrical appliances, along with LED lighting systems with sensors to reduce unnecessary energy consumption. Environmentally friendly and certified construction materials were selected, such as low-VOC and recycled materials. Rainwater management and water recycling systems were also installed to optimize water use. In addition, green spaces and open areas within the project were given importance.

The implementation of LEED green building standards in the office building of the Supalai Icon Sathorn project has resulted in tangible energy and resource savings.
