Chiller Replacement Project for the Entire Supalai Grand Tower Building

Supalai has replaced the entire chiller system of Supalai Grand Tower to substitute the old system, which had high energy consumption. The new system is designed to be more efficient, significantly reducing electricity usage while enhancing operational and long-term maintenance cost-effectiveness. As a result of this upgrade, electricity costs can be reduced by up to 10,332,135.79 THB per year. In addition to lowering operational costs, it also helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the building’s cooling energy use by 1,299 tCO₂e per year, supporting the organization’s medium- and long-term greenhouse gas reduction targets and aligning with sustainability practices and international standards.
