Equality Welfare Project

The company focuses on concretely building an organizational culture that embraces diversity and inclusion through the "Equality Welfare" project. This project provides benefits and privileges to employees and LGBTQ+ partners who are legally married, treating them equally to heterosexual married couples in all respects, such as a maximum 20% discount on housing purchases and providing gifts for starting a new life together, in timely response to the Marriage Equality Act. This initiative reflects the commitment to treat all personnel with respect, without discrimination, and aims to create a safe and inclusive workplace, which strengthens employee engagement with the organization and aligns with international human rights standards.


Projects for Persons with Disabilities

The Company collaborates with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), government agencies, and the Social Innovation Foundation network to promote positive perspectives and attitudes towards the employment of persons with disabilities. It has joined as a sustainable organization in the employment of persons with disabilities, with the Company being one of five Thai companies serving as a model for employing persons with disabilities for companies that have not yet done so. Furthermore, the company has shared knowledge and methods for connecting employment opportunities between employers and persons with disabilities to foster equal work opportunities and "Open New Perspectives, Understand Persons with Disabilities (Disability Awareness DA 2025)" by recognizing the true potential of disabled workers. This demonstrates a commitment to addressing disability equality on August 15, 2025.

Support for contracted health massage services from visually impaired persons under Section 35 of the employment of persons with disabilities in Thailand under the Persons with Disabilities' Quality of Life Promotion and Development Act B.E. 2007, 4 individuals, to promote stable employment and careers for persons with disabilities with dignity, shifting from providing assistance to leveraging specialized expertise to create shared value with the organization. This project not only helps generate sustainable income for persons with disabilities but also contributes to employee well-being by alleviating Office Syndrome symptoms, reflecting a commitment to respecting diversity and concretely caring for personnel.
