Projects supporting environmentally friendly construction

16 June 2026

The Company has ensured that the project's utility systems comply with laws related to project development, including conducting environmental impact studies within the project as required by law, and developing various utilities in accordance with the study's findings. For projects where government agencies do not mandate an environmental impact study, the Company still considers environmental impacts and nearby communities, especially the quality of wastewater discharged from the project. This includes providing household wastewater treatment systems for every home before discharge into the project's drainage pipes, and having a collective wastewater treatment pond, as well as a pond for checking water quality to meet legal standards before discharging into public waterways, to prevent impacts on public water sources and neighboring communities. Additionally, some provinces require public hearings before submitting construction permit applications. Projects are designed for efficient energy use or water management to be environmentally friendly and reduce customers' water usage costs, including reducing electricity consumption by switching to natural energy sources, significantly increasing energy and cost savings, such as the use of Solar Roofs in common areas and homes within the project.

Furthermore, the Company also emphasizes design and construction management, taking into account the management of various materials and equipment to minimize waste, adhering as closely as possible to manufacturer standards, thereby reducing material waste within construction projects. The Company's projects also provide green spaces exceeding the legal standard criteria for recreational benefits and to mitigate the impact of PM 2.5 dust.

In 2025, the Company has projects investing in research and development of products to reduce pollution, waste, and promote efficient resource utilization. Examples include:

SUPALAI EXPERIENCE HOME project: Integrating environmentally friendly innovations into the construction process

The Company adheres to a residential development approaches that considers environmental impacts throughout the building's life cycle, through innovative design and internationally standardized construction processes, under the concept of "SUPALAI EXPERIENCE HOME" at Supalai Lake Ville Srisamarn–Pathum Thani project. This aims to deliver sustainable value to residents and society by focusing on creating well-being alongside reducing environmental impacts. Innovative construction work is designed using high-quality and high-standard materials that are also beneficial for quality of life and the environment, including:

  • Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) bricks, which have outstanding heat insulation properties and help reduce electricity consumption within the home, are integrated with a reinforced concrete staircase structural system finished with real oak wood veneer to provide a natural touch that is safe for health.
  • Exterior paint with 96.7% heat reflection properties, reducing indoor temperature by up to 5.5 degrees Celsius, saving over 27.5% on electricity bills.
  • Interior paint is Organic Care, low odor, 0% VOCs.
  • Windsor Smart Series vinyl doors and windows help reduce heat entering the house, saving approximately 9,144 Baht/year in electricity costs, and from a health perspective, help prevent pollution and PM 2.5 dust.
  • The roofing system utilizes a galvanized steel frame with recycled fiberglass insulation, reflecting up to 95% of heat and reducing indoor temperatures by 3-4 degrees Celsius, saving approximately 47% on electricity from air conditioners with Energy Label No. 5.
  • Vinyl eaves ceilings can ventilate and reduce indoor temperatures by up to 7 degrees Celsius.
  • The structure is designed to support the installation of a Solar Roof system with a real-time tracking display, enabling residents to manage the production and use of clean energy with maximum efficiency, saving up to 20,000 - 33,000 Baht/year on electricity bills.

Water resource management includes the installation of drainage pipe systems that prevent backflow odors for the good hygiene of residents.

SUPALAI EXPERIENCE HOME is a project that involves actual construction and provides in-depth details of homes based on engineering standards and structural integrity, from foundations, walls, stairs, to roofing systems. Every component is meticulously designed and calculated according to engineering principles to ensure that all homes can safely and sustainably support usage. This includes selecting construction materials that meet international standards, quality-controlled construction at every stage, and testing and inspection (QC) that comply with the Company's specified standards and ISO 9001. This not only reflects transparency in the design and construction process but also confirms the Company's commitment to maximizing resource utilization and creating a sustainable quality of life for society in the long term.
