The company closely monitors water quality to prevent potential water quality issues and nuisances to the environment or surrounding communities. It has an efficient wastewater management system that complies with the environmental regulations of the Pollution Control Department, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The wastewater treatment process begins at the household level, passing through each house's septic tank before collecting wastewater into the project's central wastewater treatment system. It is treated to meet legal quality standards before being discharged into the public system. Treated wastewater samples are collected before public discharge and submitted to the local Environmental and Pollution Control Office annually to report data according to effluent quality standards, ensuring continuous water quality, transparency, and compliance with environmental laws.
