The SPL Consent Management system

In 2024, the Company implemented the SPL Consent Management system to manage, verify, and track employees’ and executives’ acknowledgement of anti-corruption policies and the Company’s code of conduct. The system enables transparent and auditable online monitoring. Additionally, the Company organized training and ongoing awareness-building activities to strengthen an organizational culture grounded in integrity and responsibility.
