Promoting Environmentally Responsible Operations and a Low-Carbon Society among Tenants

20 August 2026

On 20 August 2026, Supalai Public Company Limited reaffirmed its commitment to managing environmental impacts associated with properties owned or managed by the Company. The Company recognizes that improving the environmental performance of buildings requires collaboration with tenants and building occupants, alongside the Company’s own environmental management efforts.

The Company therefore organized the training program “Preparing for the Transition to a Low-Carbon Organization” to enhance environmental knowledge and awareness among tenants. Representatives from more than 10 tenant companies, totaling 44 participants, attended the training to strengthen their understanding of climate change, approaches to transitioning toward a low-carbon society, and the role of organizations in reducing environmental impacts.

The training covered key environmental topics, including global warming and climate change, low-carbon society, green buildings, energy-efficient buildings, zero-carbon buildings, carbon credits, and carbon footprints, as well as approaches to water conservation, energy efficiency, and materials and waste management, all of which are relevant to the environmental management of building operations.

The training also encouraged participants to apply the knowledge gained to their organizational operations, including improving energy efficiency, adopting renewable energy, managing waste, increasing green spaces, and assessing carbon footprints. The training materials provided examples of approaches to reducing greenhouse gas emissions through such activities.

This initiative forms part of the Company’s tenant engagement efforts to promote collaboration with tenants and building occupants in improving resource efficiency, reducing environmental impacts associated with building use and tenant activities, and supporting the transition toward a low-carbon society.
