Training Workshop on ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Requirements and Internal Auditing Guidelines for Internal Auditors

Supalai Public Company Limited organized a workshop on “ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Requirements and Internal Audit Guidelines for Internal Audit Teams” on March 23-24, 2026. The session was led by Ms. Parida Kornsawan, an expert in Information Security Management Systems from Albatross Cybersec Co., Ltd., who shared her expertise with the participants.​

The course aimed to build a foundational understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), while reviewing and interpreting the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard from an auditing perspective. It also covered the ISO 19011 standard and its practical application in internal auditing. In addition, participants gained a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of internal auditors, as well as the key processes and activities involved in internal audits.​

Training Outcomes​

The results of the participants’ knowledge assessments showed clear improvement, with the average test score rising to 94.29%. This demonstrates a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and understanding of internal audit practices under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, successfully meeting the course objectives.​

In terms of participant satisfaction, the course received an average rating of 4.23 points for raising awareness of information security and cybersecurity. This reflects a good level of understanding among participants, equipping them to effectively apply their newly acquired knowledge to internal audit practices within their organization.​
