23 July 2026

Supalai Public Company Limited hosted the "Supplier Day 2026: ESG Embedded" seminar for Critical Suppliers on July 23, 2026. The initiative aimed at sustainable development collaboration in elevating business operations across the social and environmental supply chain, aligning seamlessly with the evaluation methodologies of FTSE Russell and international sustainability disclosure standards.

In this event, the Company imparted the core principles of Sustainable Corporate Governance, which are built upon three fundamental pillars:

  1. Governance
  2. Risk Management
  3. Compliance

These three pillars serve as a vital foundation for cultivating a transparent and ethically governed organization and supply chain, enabling resilient, long-term growth.

In addition, the Company shared expert knowledge regarding IFRS S1, which focuses on the disclosure of material sustainability-related information that could impact financial performance and enterprise value, alongside IFRS S2, which emphasizes managing climate-related risks and opportunities. This knowledge-sharing initiative was designed to prepare suppliers to develop robust and efficient Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data collection systems.

The seminar’s sessions encompassed key material topics, including Supply Chain ESG risk Management, Climate Change Action, Circular Economy Management, Green Procurement, Supply Chain Human Rights, and Anti-Corruption. Practical workshops were also conducted to empower suppliers to translate these sustainability frameworks into actionable practices within their respective organizations.

This seminar reflects Supalai’s steadfast commitment to embedding ESG principles into its corporate strategy while driving multi-stakeholder collaboration with suppliers to elevate operational standards. By fulfilling the evolving expectations of investors, customers, and all stakeholder groups, this initiative serves to generate shared value and achieve collective, long-term sustainable growth.
