Landscape Design in the Project

21 November 2025

In 2024, the company developed a total land area of 50,918 square meters, planning the layout to balance green spaces with built structures, creating harmony between functional areas and natural spaces. Within the project, a total of 16,212 square meters of green space was allocated, accounting for 31.8% of the total area, exceeding the minimum required standard and demonstrating the commitment to increasing urban greenery.

Of this, 8,400 square meters are designated as sustainable green areas, designed to remain lush year-round, with a maintenance system that supports usage and long-term ecological benefits. In addition, the company planted 540 trees, which can absorb approximately 2,700–8,100 kilograms of CO2 equivalent per year, helping mitigate global warming and improve air quality.

These green spaces also provide a variety of ecological and social benefits, including increased shade, reduced surface temperatures, promotion of biodiversity, and enhanced quality of life for residents sustainably. For 2025, the company aims to design a green space management system to expand and increase sustainable green areas to at least 15% of the total project land, continuing its commitment to developing residential areas in harmony with environmental stewardship.
