1. Occupational Health Services

The Company provides workplace-related health services to support employee well-being, including annual health check-ups and vaccination programs. Employees receive an annual influenza vaccination once per year, as influenza is an endemic disease that occurs regularly each year. Vaccination is considered one of the most effective preventive measures to ensure employee safety and good health, in accordance with recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO).


2. Communicable Disease Prevention and Health Education

The Company promotes disease prevention by providing health education and vaccination programs, including hepatitis B vaccination. In addition, the Company organizes an annual health seminar to enhance employee’s health awareness. In 2025, the seminar titled Outsmart NCDs: Preventing Non-Communicable Diseases was held on 29 September 2025, providing employees with knowledge about major non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and cancer.

3. Health Promotion Program Health Contest

The Company organized the Health Contest program to encourage employees to maintain healthy lifestyles and achieve appropriate body weight and physical health standards. To support this initiative, the Company developed a digital monitoring system using AppSheet technology, which enables continuous, systematic, and transparent monitoring of employee health indicators. The program focuses on behavioral health improvement through monitoring key indicators such as:

  • Body measurements (waist, hip, and upper arm circumference)
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Waist-to-height ratio, an important health risk indicator

Program Results 2025:

  • 205 employees participated, representing 14.05% of total employees
  • 69% of participants improved their BMI to within the standard range
  • 54% of participants reduced their body fat levels

These results demonstrate that the health promotion program effectively improves employee well-being, reduces risk factors associated with non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and supports sustainable healthy lifestyle behaviors among employees.


4. Occupational Safety Training

The Company provides annual occupational safety training for both new and existing employees in accordance with the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act B.E. 2011. Training programs aim to enhance knowledge of workplace safety, occupational health, and relevant regulations. The Company also conducts basic firefighting training and emergency preparedness exercises to ensure employees can work safely. In 2025: 31 new engineers participated in safety training, representing 100% of all newly recruited engineers.


5. Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness Training

The Company encourages employees to participate in basic firefighting training and fire evacuation drills at the headquarters annually. In 2025: 64 employees participated, representing 54.24% of newly recruited employees.


6. Hazard Awareness Training

The Company provides online training on hazardous and unsafe working conditions to reinforce safety awareness among employees working in higher-risk environments. In 2025: 166 employees participated, representing 100% of employees High Rise Projects and Low Rise Project.


7. Safety Coin Activity

The Company organizes the Safety Coin, encouraging employees to participate in safety initiatives and enhance their awareness of workplace safety practices that protect both themselves and their colleagues.


8. Safety Quiz

The Safety Quiz activity is conducted online to promote safety awareness by testing employees knowledge of workplace safety practices through Google Forms. The activity was promoted through internal communication channels such as e-mail, Line Supalai Connect, Supalai Life. Employees were able to participate in the online quiz between 130 November 2025.

The Company evaluates employees knowledge and understanding of workplace safety through safety awareness assessments to ensure that employees can perform their duties safely and reduce the risk of workplace accidents.

This assessment is conducted annually as part of the Companys safety awareness program. In 2025, 1,456 employees participated in the safety knowledge assessment. Among them, 1,345 employees achieved a passing score of 80%, representing 92% of total employees.

For Contractor Workers and Suppliers

1. Safety Talk Before Entering Construction Work Areas

The Company provides Safety Talk sessions before contractor workers enter construction sites. These sessions emphasize workplace safety awareness and review safe work practices during construction operations. Topics include hazard awareness related to tools and equipment, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), accident prevention measures, and emergency response procedures. Workers are also reminded to maintain cleanliness and orderliness within and around project areas.


2. Emergency Preparedness and Fire Safety Training

The Company collaborates with contractors and suppliers to strengthen safety measures for the protection of life and property. Emergency evacuation plans are established for engineers and construction workers across all projects. In 2025, the Company conducted training, demonstrations, and practical exercises on the proper use of fire extinguishers to ensure that workers understand how to respond effectively in emergency situations.
