The Company fosters community and social engagement, supporting the quality of life for workers and neighboring communities around construction projects by providing glasses to correct vision problems affecting work and daily life throughout Over the past 3 years of this activity, satisfaction survey data from glasses recipients consistently shows improved work efficiency, reduced eye strain, and decreased risk of accidents due to blurred vision. Contractors commented that this project directly enhances worker productivity, reduces occupational accident risks, and mitigates health and safety impacts caused by poor eyesight, serving as a crucial safety measure.
