Training and Capacity Building in Biodiversity Management

The Company organized a specialized training session on 'Biodiversity Management and Environmental Impact Valuation for the Real Estate Business' for executives, supervisors, and employees. The session featured Associate Professor Dr. Santi Sanglertsawai from the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics, Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University, as the keynote speaker. The primary objective was to foster a profound understanding of biodiversity management and provide insights into responsible natural resource stewardship. This initiative empowers various departments to apply these principles across the entire value chain, reinforcing the Company’s commitment to assessing and mitigating biodiversity impacts. By integrating these considerations, the Company aims to elevate business standards while ensuring sustainable growth and ecological balance. Held on December 19, 2025, the training was conducted in a hybrid format (onsite and online), with a total of 328 participants.
