Conduct training in a Classroom Workshop format
The company conducted classroom workshop training covering legal compliance courses, competency gap development, and soft skills. Employees are required to attend at least three courses per year. In the reporting year, 26 courses were offered in 37 sessions, with 1,424 participants totaling 8,742 hours, averaging 20.56 hours per person. Evaluation results showed that 93.43% of the knowledge gained could be effectively applied in practice.

Online Training
The company conducted online training focusing on courses addressing competency gaps and essential modern skills, such as digital skills, languages, finance, and health. More than 230 courses were offered, with 1,493 employees participating, covering 261 managers and 1,232 operational staff, and totaling 21,640 training hours.

External Training
The company sent 134 employees to participate in external training to update knowledge and develop key skills, including 23 managers and 111 operational staff. Post-training evaluations showed that employees were able to develop and effectively apply what they learned to their work, achieving a 100% applicability rate.
Post-Training Evaluation
The company conducted follow-up evaluations three months after training, assessed by supervisors based on the application of knowledge to work or projects, as well as behavioral changes aligned with the training content, such as in the Coaching and Feedback course. The follow-up evaluation results for the year 2024 are as follows:

From the evaluation of factors affecting the application of acquired knowledge, it was found that when all factors were analyzed together, 93.43% of employees were assessed as effectively applying the knowledge to improve their work. This also enhanced employees’ skills for better job performance, contributing to increased overall efficiency for the company.
