The company places equal importance on the welfare and health of employees at all levels to promote work-life balance. Healthy and happy employees enhance both efficiency and organizational outcomes. The company also views employees as a key resource driving the organization and follows the Eight Principles of Happiness as a guiding framework.

Eight Principles of Happiness Project / Activity
Physical Happiness
  • Special Vaccination Program for Employees and Their Families: In 2024, more than 302 employees and their family members participated in the vaccination program.
  • SUPALAI RUN FOR SHARE CARE 2024: Over 900 runners volunteered to join this community running event, collectively covering distances of 3 km, 6 km, and 9 km, totaling 4,714 km. The company contributed additional funds based on the total distance, amounting to 200,000 THB, which was donated to various foundations supporting people with disabilities and community causes.
Emotional Happiness
  • Mental Health Activities 2024: Under the theme “4 Happy Missions,” the company organized activities to promote and maintain good mental well-being for employees. A total of 508 employees participated in the missions.
Happiness from Relaxation
  • Hotel Stay Benefits within the Company’s Network: In 2024, employees used this benefit a total of 555 times.
Happiness through Education
  • The company provides scholarships to employees twice a year, aiming to help them further develop their knowledge and enhance their potential. In 2024, a total of 5 scholarships were awarded.
  • Innovation Award 2024: A total of 109 employee submissions were entered, with 9 finalists. The company applied the innovations from the final round within the organization.
Spiritual Happiness
  • Merit-Making on New Year’s Day and Religious Leave: Employees are allowed to take leave for religious ceremonies, such as ordination or performing the Hajj.
  • Inspired Talk Activity: Under the theme #ListenUntilExcitedAndKeepGoing! with a speaker from Chanthaburi, all employees were invited to listen and share inspiration.
Financial Happiness
  • 2024 Seminar: On the topic of Techniques for Saving and Income-Expense Management, with more than 800 employees participating.
  • Employee Financial Assistance: Includes support for funerals, weddings, and aid for employees and their families facing various hardships, among others.
Family Happiness
  • Scholarships for Employees’ Children with Excellent Academic Performance: In 2024, 224 students received scholarships.
  • Special Housing Purchase Privileges: Employees can purchase homes in the company’s and subsidiaries’ projects to suit family needs. In 2024, 67 employees used the special discount privileges.
  • Assistance for Employees’ Homes Affected by Flooding: In 2024, the company provided a total of 48,700 THB for home repairs.
Social Happiness
  • Supalai Build Good Project: All employees were invited to donate unused calendars to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind, under the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage, to be used for producing educational materials.
  • Sharing Love (Special Activity) Event: In response to the flood crisis in Northern Thailand, the company encouraged employees to participate in providing aid, sharing essential items to help people affected by flooding in Chiang Rai province.
