The company ensures regular internal communication by reporting and announcing rules, regulations, benefits, and operational plans to employees consistently at the beginning and mid-year. This includes notifying changes in work procedures and providing training to help employees adapt. Senior management emphasizes two-way communication, giving employees at all levels opportunities to share opinions and suggest improvements through various channels, such as orientation programs, Site Visit projects, social media, and suggestion boxes. Questions and concerns are also addressed directly by management to build employee confidence. Additionally, mechanisms through the Welfare Committee and the Relations Club are in place to reflect employee feedback, supporting continuous organizational development and improvement.

In addition to the above communication channels, the company also organizes employee meet-up activities and conducts surveys to assess employee satisfaction with internal services. The details are as follows:

Employees are encouraged to align their behaviors with the company’s vision, recognize their own importance, and actively contribute to improving work efficiency, leading to continuous organizational growth and a focus on sustainability.
  • Inter-Department Survey: The purpose of conducting the Inter-Department Survey is to measure employee satisfaction in working together within the company. The data collected is analyzed to identify areas for improvement and enhance work quality and services. As a result, work processes are continuously refined to meet employee needs effectively, increasing employee happiness and adaptability, which contributes to sustainable organizational development.
