1. Training for Suppliers and Contractors on Human Rights in the Real Estate Business

The Company supports suppliers and contractors by sharing best practices to demonstrate its commitment to human rights within and outside the organization, such as fair treatment, non-discrimination, and workplace safety. This training focuses on developing skills in social supply chain management and risk management, social aspects (Social Risk Management). It supports suppliers and contractors in applying knowledge to ethically manage labour according to international standards, reducing supply chain risks, and helping to screen and prevent human rights violations for business continuity. A total of 117 suppliers and contractors participated in both online and onsite training, with an overall satisfaction level of 84%.

2. Supplier Training on Anti-Corruption

The Company invites suppliers SMEs to participate in lectures to raise awareness of corruption issues, including approaches to elevate transparent operational standards, and to expand the transparent business network to suppliers. by Support suppliers The Company's SMEs signed a declaration of intent with the CAC project to elevate SME suppliers in establishing a foundation for good corporate governance in Thailand and to enhance supplier potential and capabilities. This aims to collaboratively build a supply chain that aligns with the organization's sustainable development goals, while also considering responsibility towards all stakeholders.
3. Supplier Development and Training in Greenhouse gas emission reduction (FTSE: ESC10, ESC12)

The Company has joined the Thailand Carbon Neutral Network (TCNN) under the operation of the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) – TGO, a pioneering organization in greenhouse gas management, to demonstrate its intention and commitment to managing and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The Company has a plan to manage Impacts environmental aspects in the supply chain, aiming to reduce other indirect greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 3), where most emissions come from transportation by construction material manufacturers. This also includes establishing recruitment criteria and Select suppliers with adaptive and flexible approaches to climate change and have approaches to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The Company recognizes the issue of climate change response and management, which suppliers still have limited understanding of. Therefore, the Company supports and develops training on "The CFO & CFP Advantage: Leveraging Carbon Footprint for Competitive Edge and Sustainable Growth" and "Unlocking the advantage of business as well CFO & CFP: Enhancing Competitiveness and Sustainable Growth" by inviting suppliers to attend lectures to build knowledge on carbon footprint assessment CFO & CFP for management environment throughout the supply chain.
Additionally, the Company has supported suppliers in registering CFO & CFP, which will lead to the establishment of effective management guidelines for reducing greenhouse gas emissions at factory, industry, and global levels. It also promotes supplier potential and capabilities to collaboratively build an Environmental Supply Chain that aligns with the organization's sustainable development goals, while also considering social and environmental responsibility, with participants.
